- As per the applicable Indian law one can head to any private or public hospital across India post a road accident wherein injuries, whether perceivably fatal or not, have occured. Such treatment is Free of Cost, and charges of which are payable to the respective hospitals by the Insurance company of the identified offending vehicle or the Government, if the vehicle is not identified. We ensure that you get fair treatment under the applicable Golden Hour law and Rules.
- AcciClaims' Insurance & Legal Experts guide you post your road accident to make necessary intimations and valid claims with your employer, Contractor, with Insurance Companies, whether General Insurance like under your existing Motor and Non-Motor policies, as well as possible payouts under life insurance policies. We also assist you in providing intimation to the local police authorities if required as per the law.
- AcciClaims' Support Team understand your specific case to nominate one of our Empaneled Criminal Justice Advocates, MACT Advocates or Surveyors as per your requirement. We nominate the Advocate most suited for your particular case as per their expertise and experience from our panel of hyper-locally available Advocates.
